KP HONEY FARMS LLC - REFUND / EXCHANGES / CANCELATION POLICY
Thank you for your purchase, we are confident you will be happy with your products. KP Honey Farms LLC will provide a refund, exchange, or the ability to cancel an order within the first fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt of purchase. However, there will be a 25% restocking fee on any refunds and cancelled orders (both in person or online). Items must be unused, clean, in the original container, and sellable to other consumers (note: determination of sellable condition is the sole discretion of KP Honey Farms LLC). After fourteen (14) days of purchase, KP Honey Farms LLC may refuse all refunds, exchanges, and cancelled orders. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Honey Products, Queen Honeybees, Package Honey Bees, and 5 Frame NUC Honeybee purchases after they have been picked up. Any unfulfilled purchases/orders for Queen Honeybees, Package Honeybees, and 5 Frame NUC Honeybees will incur a 50% cancelation fee (both in person or online).
