The East Central Ohio Beekeepers Association (ECOBA) supports prospective, new and existing beekeepers in Fairfield, Licking, Muskingum, and Perry counties. They provide their members with educational opportunities, updates on current beekeeping information, bulk buying savings, and a forum to collaborate with seasoned beekeepers/mentors.
Beekeeping Classes
The East Central Ohio Beekeepers Association (ECOBA) offers beekeeping classes each year in January and February.
Beekeeping Scholarships For Children
Is your child between the ages of 9 thru 17 and interested in becoming a beekeeper? If so, the East Central Ohio Beekeepers Association (ECOBA) offers a full scholarship that if selected, the child will receive (free of charge) beekeeping apparel, complete hive, package of honey bees, class for child and one parent/guardian, a mentor for two years, and a two year membership to the club.
